Replying to @Kara Motts draft: the beginning of pregnancy and the whole first trimester was anxiety filled for me. I honestly thought once I got pregnant I wouldnt be anxious cause id finally be pregnant! But I was so wrong 😅 in my second tri and still feeling anxious in between appts but reminding myself to trust my body and speak positive affirmations that everything is great and okay.
