BTS of how it went down. Or should I say up! This was team work at its best... To give you perspective, we colour matched and used 21 kilos of fondant for the base colour, 7 kilos of white for the ruffles, and cooked around 50 sheets of wafer (supplied by @moreish.cakes ) to make that soft lace. We hired a van and assembled it on site. That’s a wrap for 2022! Still so many photos to up load... no time, no matter.. here’s to 2023! Thank you to my amazing staff for everything!
