as i’m wrapping up another project that feels radically larger than what one person alone should take on, i find myself in a state of absolute exhaustion that feels strangely familiar. when i was editing “billy” i was staying up for days on end trying to make deadlines and it felt as if it would never be over. but eventually it was and i had a piece of work that actually was an example of what i think i’m capable of. sitting here currently i am again in that place where i am trying to keep pushing forward while running on fumes and it’s really hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel. i’m not necessarily the most spiritual person but i do believe that things work out the way the are meant to and that the universe gives you what you need more than what you want. with what feels like an impossible task in front of me it was an amazing surprise to win a @thewebbyawards for best sports series for “BILLY” up against some really incredible projects done by people i consider to be way better than me. it was a push i really needed and i appreciate everyone who supports me in my chaotic pursuits
