Replying to @Morgan This is a repost, but still relevant (unfortunately). It’s honestly a joke, but we have to remember Dani Austin, the brand, is simply a marketing extension of fast fashion brands like Amazon or Boohoo or Shein. They are not independent, personal brands as they wouldnt exist without fast fashion/beauty. Even their ‘own brands’ are just plug and plays into the fast retailing system. And given most consumers care about people and the planet one of the easiest ways to market to the masses is pretending like you care about those things too. Fast fashion figureheads have been paid to deflect valid criticism away from business models for years. And once you realize that, the ‘wholesome’, ‘Christian’ and ‘fun’ content begins to look like something else entirely... 😵💫 #deinfluenced @The Rogue Essentials
