Hi! It’s Shraddha + Puja! We’ve been quiet over here getting ready for our first in person wellness event since before.the.pandemic! Tomorrow, we’re embarking on a day retreat filled with yoga, meditation, sound healing, a cacao ceremony, reiki healing, chai and plant-based fare from local artisans. This is something we knew we’d crave after a busy summer and before the start to a new season. Together with our friends @wide_awakenings, we curated a magical Summer Soul Glow retreat at @the.macdonald.farm in Orange County, which is sure to leave our guests with glowing souls and full hearts.
