Be it money or material possession, greed is about taking more than is needed” - Bronwyn Seier. ​​​​​​​​ ​​​​​​​​ Whether it's corporations hoarding resources and profits, or individuals hoarding wealth, greed is a destructive force that often puts profit before people and the planet.​​​​​​​​ ​​​​​​​​ However, it's important to remember that greed is not just about money. Greed can manifest in many different ways, such as hoarding knowledge or opportunities, refusing to share resources, or exploiting others for personal gain.​​​​​​​​ ​​​​​​​​ Fortunately, there are also many examples of people and organizations who are working towards sustainability in spite of greed. By valuing people and the planet over profits, they are showing that it is possible to create a more just and sustainable world.​​​​​​​​ ​​​​​​​​ So what can we do to counter greed and promote sustainability?
