If you’re spending your weekends at an open house, you better make it purposeful! Your intention going into the open house needs to be to set buyer and seller consultations, not to gather contact information so you can call them later. Cut out the middle step! Follow the path of least resistance to a commission check. Working backwards: check, closing, escrow, new client, appointment, first contact. Notice there’s no “follow up” between the first contact and appointment? Work for this. It will be awkward at first but as is with all things - time on task over time.
