So much going on. So much happening. The world is constantly moving and happening and so much not in our control. Taking care of what’s within us is so underrated and so critical as a precursor to how we start to understand how to take care of our outer worlds. Here are some ways I took care of my inner world this week because Oh man has my nervous system been out of whackkkkk.
