The Emmy Awards were last night and I was a presenter. And @ktlaunscripted was nominated for our very first Emmy award. We didn’t win but so proud of our little team. This night reminded me once again how much I love our show. There is not a day that goes by that I’m not struck by how grateful I am to be here. Congratulations to @ktla5news for winning a ton of gold. So proud of this station and the work that we do day in and day out. Someone said this last night...and it’s so true...telling the truth has never been more important than at this moment in history.
