Do any other small business owners feel like they have to wear every hat at their job? Sometimes it can be exhausting, but most days I feel lucky to be presented a new position to learn in while embracing the chaos! The @poppyandseedoc team has seen me learn the ropes when it comes to running a kitchen, and while I'd love to leave that job to @chefmichaelreed all the time, a little improvisation every now and then keeps things exciting!
