After much thought and consideration I cordially invite you on this journey of mine; Crafting and curating farm to table charcuterie boards and platters. I’ll rate them and explain my intensive rating system. Rating: Honestly, 7/10 — I was taught early on that every successful board must include a fresh baguette. This one obviously does not. Typically I like to include fresh figs or some sort of fruit, and considering I didn’t have this, I improvised and included hummus and guac on the board in order to take up space. Oh and there’s only one style of cracker...That being said, the meat and cheeses are what people remember, and I hand picked some groovy cheeses. Keep it simple: one soft, two medium, and a hard cheese.
