Vegan Protein Cookies šŸŖ Serves 2. Per serving: 256 kcals 19G Protein 15g Fat 14g Carbs 5g Fibre What you need: - 1 tbsp milled flaxseed - 3 tbsp water - 2 tbsp Chocolate Gourmet Vegan Protein - 1 tbsp Organic Cacao Powder - 2 tbsp Salted Caramel Flavoured Peanut Butter - 1 tbsp Oat Drink - 2-4 drops Vanilla LiquiFlavTM - 1 Bulk Gourmet Vegan Bar, cut into small chunks Method: - Mix the milled flaxseed and water. Leave to set for 10-15 mins. - Mix the protein and cacao. Add the set flaxseed mixture, peanut butter, milk and flavour drops. - Divide into 2 equal balls. Press down on a lined baking sheet.
