A rare shot of myself re surfacing after photographing a whale shark in the Maldives. It’s not often I post photos of myself in action however this photo from @juampecedres captured such a special moment. This lone whale shark was at about 15m of depth and moving steadily. After about the 7th dive down to the whale shark my legs really began to feel to pressure. However the beauty of this animal meant for at least a few more dives.
