The 8th annual "Hell on the Hill" is this weekend! Every year @jesseitzler and I host an endurance charity event in our backyard. Leave it to my husband to turn our super steep hill in our backyard into a physical challenge. Yup... that’s right he took one look at the dreadful hill in our backyard and said, “I know exactly what to do with this. We will create the world’s toughest backyard race.” (I was thinking more slip-n-slide :-) Anyway... 100 laps up and down for the charity of your choice. Every year we cry. Every year there is so much love, grit and camaraderie on that hill. Everyone stands up first and says why they are climbing, and Jesse and I donate $1,000 to each of their charities. I’m so proud of all the people who come out to climb this nasty hill for a good cause.
