Still can't get over these amazing colors we were blessed with this weekend in Northern Sweden. This week I'm sitting in a classroom 9-18 everyday learning about anatomy and muscle functions. The first step to become a licensed personal trainer. Why? Because I want to help people prepare for their adventures. It's so much more enjoyable when you are prepared when you go on an adventure.
