Poblano Cheese Cornbread🔥🧀🌽
A delicious easy to make high protein and low carb moist and delicious corn bread with a touch of poblano peppers and @folioscheesewraps Cheddar Cheese Wraps... perfect for the fall season.
Ingredients (serves 6-8)
- 1 cup of low carb pancake flour
- 1 tsp of sea salt
- 1 tsp of garlic
- 1/8 tsp of black pepper
- 1 1/2 cup of fat cottage cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup of corn
- 1 cup of chopped and roasted poblano peppers
- 2 slices of @folioscheesewraps in Cheddar
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven at 350F.
2. Mix the flour and seasonings in a large bowl and then add the cottage cheese, corn, eggs and half cup of the poblano peppers.
3. Pour into a baking dish and top with cheese and the rest of the poblano peppers.
4. Bake for 32-34 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!
