RE-BOOK (AND RE-BOOK AGAIN) With the clinic in high demand, we are now fully booked until mid-January 2023 and highly recommend all clients re-book their next two treatments (at least) with MISS FRANC reception upon their next in-clinic visit. Please note the first appointment may need to be waitlisted, and we will do our very best to accommodate your preferred time with Francine working long into the evenings. Summer is the season we all like to look and feel our best, so be sure your times are secured. It takes just a few minutes at checkout. DEPOSITS For those who re-book in-clinic, your deposit may be rolled over to your upcoming treatment. If you would prefer to redeem your deposit on the day, you will be required to re-book online so the respective deposit(s) can be secured in line with our strict 72-hour cancellation policy. TIMELINESS Please be on time. We understand things don’t always run to plan, however with back-to-back appointments, we cannot accommodate any clients running more than 15 minutes late. MISS FRANC will not compromise on results and clinic experience and requires the allocated time to guarantee both. For those running more than 15-minutes, your deposit will be absorbed.
