A huge step forward for fashion yesterday with @cameramoda , the Minister for Labor and Social Policies Andrea Orlando (@andreaorlando_ig ) and Cristina Tajani ( @cristajani ) , Employment Ministry Advisor as moderator, we signed “Il Lavoro Buono” the protocol aimed to young people and the future of the fashion industry. The agreement focuses on the launch of programs to promote paths that aim to transfer skills and retrain employees in the fashion industry, which in the next five years will need 40,000 professionals trained in new digital skills. In addition, the professional training programs will be promoted in companies protecting the worker's right to constant training. In order to monitor the implementation of the protocol, the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies and @cameramoda have set up a working group that will report the results of the interventions carried out annually.
