my queen, my rider, my mother..i miss you 🤍 i sit back&think about all the good memories and the ones i remember the most were how much you allowed me to dream. i wanted to participate in plays in high school, you showed up to ‘em. i wanted to purse music, you paid for studio time. i wanted to go to college, you paid for it..cash. i wanted to do hair, you paid for every supply needed to start, tagged team with me on clients and showed up everywhere. i wanted to produce events, you questioned it at first but were there for every moment. you did ALL of this as a single mother to two young blacks boys growing up in brooklyn & did the damn thing. i say all this to say you allowed me to dream a dream you never got the chance to & i can’t thank you enough. without even knowing it, you prepared me for a world i had to clue i’d ever fully see and here i am living out my WILDEST dreams, with so much more in store. i appreciate every moment we shared and can’t wait to share more in the afterlife. these past few months emotionally i’ve been alllllll over the place, but being back in nyc @ the cemetery i felt at home; your energy, your presence, your aura..i felt it all. thank you for loving me, reprimanding me, never judging me even when you knew i wasn’t like all the other little boys & always being in my corner. i love you with all my heart & miss you more than you know. happy birthday again Ma 😢🤍 ps: love on your loved ones while you have the chance to!
