Had to post this outfit again just for the Seretonin boost of aaaallllllll that colour! Plus some pics from the last few months that never made it to the grid. It’s also mad to check back and see that in the last 4 months I’ve been to Spain, Manchester, Inverness, and back home 3 times for birthday celebrations. A lot of people question why I label myself, this account, and my brand, with the word ‘average’ and it’s because it’s so much easier to find goodness and joy in things when you stop aiming for or expecting ‘perfect’. I think when you stop trying hard and spending mental energy on trying to fulfill your own or other peoples expectations of perfection, you can stop looking for faults and start seeing the joy amongst the average. And so I think the best thing I’ve done in the last few months is allowing myself to make mistakes, and knowing it’s okay not to be liked by everyone, because a walking rainbow is not everyone’s cup of tea.
