Another round of eating the same meal but with different goals in mind πŸ™ŒπŸΌ Something I love about flexible eating (tracking macros/calories) is it allows you to eat what your family & friends are eating. Before I learned about nutrition I would eat different dinners then my family, my kids would ask why etc. I hated it. When I learned it wasn’t so much about WHAT I was eating & it was more about how MUCH I was eating. I learned I could eat what my family was eating whilst reaching my goals. Here is a good example. My friend is in a deficit at the moment her goal is weightloss so she has lower calories then me & I am in a building phase, trying to build muscle & with that comes a bit of weight gain, so higher calories. We both made lunch, had the same thing but our portions were different.
