Looking back at creating Love Letters (on shuffle) for @nycballet Love Letters (on shuffle) was my second stage work for New York City Ballet and fourth overall (two films were created during 2020 and 2021). There were a lot of different challenges and joys throughout this process. One extreme joy I’d love to share is getting to see material I created for and with @jonathanfahoury come to life. I choreographed his solo to Radio Silence back in June of 2020 at Brockus Studios in LA with Jonathan completely in my mind. The first time I got to see him do the material in person was in February 2021 in Kaatsbaan, and I almost cried seeing it so fully realized.
