creamy chicken stuffed peppers!!⁣ ⁣ 2 bell peppers, cut in half⁣ 3 cups shredded chicken⁣ 1/2 cup salsa verde⁣ heaping spoonful of cream cheese⁣ 1/3 cup onion, chopped⁣ 1/2 cup shredded mexican cheese⁣ 1 tsp paprika⁣ 1 tsp chili powder⁣ 1 tsp salt⁣ ⁣ pre heat oven to 350°.⁣ ⁣ in a bowl mix together seasonings, salsa, cream cheese, chicken, onion, and cheese together.⁣ ⁣ in a deep dish pan, drizzle oil on the bottom and add your bell peppers. evenly distribute the filling into each pepper. top with additional cheese on top (the more, the better!!!)⁣ ⁣ cover with foil and bake for 50 minutes. the pepper should be soft to cut through. add cilantro on top and serve immediately! ⁣ ⁣ great meal prep option! tastes like an enchilada wrapped in a pepper!!! ⁣ ⁣ #recipes #dinnerwithme #mealprepideas #dinnerrecipes #easymealprep
