To share specific, narrow items that you can work on to get you closer to your goals (whether that’s backbending, pincha, etc.). But also to just find a way to share the actual process of it all. Because it’s not as simple as a lot of people make it out to seem. It’s never just, do these three poses and then you’ll be able to do this incredible, deep backbend. Or work on this one drill and you’ll be able to handstand off of the wall. I know that stuff sells better. As humans, we want the easiest, shortest route. But there is no shortcut to any of this. There’s no shortcut to safe flexibility or building sustainable strength. It doesn’t require hours a day. But it does require some level of consistency. Something that we can turn into a habit.
