I’ve had so many people reaching out about training post op. What can I do?? So much! Specifically for those getting biceps surgery remember there is only one muscle you can’t use. The rest of your body still works. Take it easy for a few weeks, let the incision heal before you start sweating. For me I will be doing lots of Delt flys Belt squats Long Sled pulls C2 bike with Clip ins GHD glute ham, sit up, holds facing every way. Safety squat bar @o2lungtrainer so i can breathe heavy without sweating And of course my @vitruvian. I will continue to post videos to help guide those in a similar position. Blessings!
