The seasonal transition to Autumn has always been a time for me where lots of feelings arise: the departure of Summer’s carefree lightness, heading towards my birthday and contemplating the year I’ve had, thinking about endings and beginnings. Haven’t been writing loads but have been thinking deeply often. I’ve made lots of scrambled thoughts in a chaotic Google doc and it felt good to try and piece them into something that vaguely resembles where my head is at right now. So here are some meditations and notes to myself from the best Summer of my life, and the last of my 20s. Getting ready to run, head first, heart open, into my 30s.
