During this month’s “Ask The Stylist” LIVE with @palmers we talked about prepping and maintaining hair while in protective styles. This is how I like to maintain my braids to keep my scalp clean and moisturized I used the Coconut Oil Moisture Boost Shampoo, Conditioner and Hair and Scalp Oil. Using a slightly damp washcloth, I added a little Moisture Boost Shampoo and rubbed that through the parts of my braids making sure I worked it in for a very light lather. I rinsed of the washcloth then rubbed my scalp again to get the shampoo off. I repeated the same step with the Moisture Boost Conditioner but left the conditioner in for a few minutes before taking it off. After my shower and letting my bun down, I used the Moisture Boost Hair and Scalp Oil by spraying it in my hand then massaging into my scalp and bringing it down through to the ends of the braids.
