Our family lost a great man and human this weekend. William “Billy” Thomas aka Papa Bama aka my Father-in-Law. He was one of the most humble hard working men I’ve ever been with in my life. You made me a better man in so many ways over the last 32 years. He loved ALL Boston Sports Teams, he was a huge Ken Griffey Jr and Thurman Thomas fan and HE LOVED and wore his Auburn Tigers gear until his last days with us. He will be missed by so many because he was the neighborhood GRANDPA for so many people in Birmingham, AL. Rest Up and Rest Well Papa Bama.
