Today officially marks my 📺 10 YEARS 📺 in the TV News industry. It’s been an incredible journey. I’ve done everything from breaking news reporting to anchoring news & specials to weather anchoring and even working behind the camera. I’ve been blessed with magical moments from pulling G’s in fighter jets to interviewing celebrities to filing stories from different countries to earning Emmy awards. I’ve experienced tough moments too. I’ve shed tears at mass shootings. I’ve gagged on smoke & fumes covering raging wild fires. I’ve left scenes physically, mentally, and emotionally drained & haunted by stories of victims and survivors of terrorist attacks. This industry can take a toll but it is also a wild adventure. I thank God for all the ups and the downs. It has built the journalist and person I am today.
