The hardest part about starting over is the mental battle climbing back up the mountain. Trying to find the balance between knowing how strong I was & still being humble enough to know this is what is required to get back to that. I want to push. Oh how I want to push. But I ask myself daily, at what cost? Neck rehabs has begun to work & that process is going to take time. For now, we build whatever raw strength I can until I'm healthy enough to move forward. If that's 2 plates, well then for now so be it.
