SAVE THIS workout for the next time you hit triceps ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ๐Ÿ”ฅ @callie.wellness and I just recently transitioned from a low rep phase to a high rep phase and let me tell ya... the pumps are INSANE ๐Ÿคค We always change up rep ranges on the first of each month to keep our body adapting and prevent plateaus. I find itโ€™s best to train for a whole month in one specific rep range, so you can really focus on getting stronger with that style of training. It also creates a really nice contrast when you switch things up on the first of each month, and gives you a LOT of gains during that first week transition period. We actually spent 5 weeks training HEAVY in the 3-5 rep range, but we both started feeling a little achey at the end of that last week ๐Ÿ˜… So this week we switched things up, and are now doing sets of 15-20 with loads of supersets and drop sets. Itโ€™s a completely different style of training, focusing more on mind-to-muscle connection and getting as much blood flow to the muscle as possible. And as much as I love the feeling of lifting some heavy shit, I also looooveeee the insane pumps we get with the higher reps ๐Ÿ˜ This has been a staple superset for me for YEARS, and it still absolutely destroys my triceps lol Try it out, and let me know what you think! #workouttips #tricepworkout #armday #fitnesstips #bodybuildingtips
