1/2 cup raw unsalted cashews, see Notes 2-3 tablespoons lemon juice
3 garlic cloves 1/2 teaspoon salt, plus more to taste
1/4 cup olive oil
 1. Add all ingredients, except olive oil, to a food processor or high-speed blender. Pulse until finely chopped. 2. Then, slowly pour in olive oil while blender/food processor is on low speed.
