The crowd was sitting in front of OTW and this wave stretched out about 25 meters in front of Mikey as he dropped in and stood tall in an absolute monster (slide 1) // Ivan Florence in fine form // Lucas Godfry doing Lucas Godfry things at big OTW // After one of the Pipe comps wrapped up, I swam out and up to @anthony_walsh_ who was shooting with a GoPro. He mentioned how heavy it was and how sketchy it was to shoot! This made me extremely nervous with a fisheye in hand and more so hearing it from a certified madman like Anthony // A minute later Billy Kemper caught a super square one, the sound of the lip landing just behind me while underwater was terrifying!!
