There have been odd amounts of improvising this Summer due to the crazy weather across Europe. • This does not only fall on the shoulders of the wedding planner, but video/photographer’s locations/time restrictions & lighting, catering shifting locations, dj/av equipment protection/modifications, florist adapting a design with short notice, transfer redirections, guest communication, etc. • Plan b...sometimes plan c must go into effect. In any case we are all a team and always work together to find solutions for our clients. Most(*) 😉 of us in this industry are great adapters by nature..so we work well under pressure. Destination weddings are so nice as there are usually multiple days of events to enjoy and sometimes even the flexibility to change timing of ceremony, etc which we have done a few times now. • The Plan A vision is risked or lost in some cases, but at the end of the night we always have the happiest clients and guests that take away such amazing memories. We have also been super lucky with amazing brides that are so relaxed and glowing, rain or shine. Amazing how much a single attitude can change an entire feeling/outcome of an event.
