Lately, I’ve been trying to seek beyond the checklist. Beyond productivity and into presence. Into fresh air, slowness, and small joys. Sometimes that simply looks like stepping outside in something super cozy (all @beyondyoga), moving my body, pushing the stroller, getting lost in the world through the eyes of my children and letting the sunflowers remind me how to grow.
