Jämtlandstriangeln in one day! Jämtlandstriangeln a popular three day hike in Sweden. 48 km and +1000 m. I set out to do the whole hike in one day. I got a really late start due to a TV project so I left Storulvån just before 11:00. Since I'm not a runner my strategy was to run slow on the downhills and walk on the uphills. The goal was to just do it. Weather was nice and I packed light with just my camera & running vest. I had a baselayer top with a wind jacket and running shoes. A lot of snacks. I filled up water from the streams. Since I knew I was getting back late I had a headlamp and down jacket with me too. The first half from Storulvån to Sylarna Fjällstation went great. Halfway to Blåhammarens Fjällstation I couldn't run anymore. My brain wanted to but my legs couldn't haha. In the end I had to skip walking up to Blåhammaren because I had a meeting I had to get back to. But it was a nice long day out (I was back in the van at 20) @thenorthfaceuk @addnature @silvaglobal
