The amount of love, joy, passion, happiness I feel by simply being to practice & move like this. Content with the progress that has been bestowed upon me. Content knowing I have so much more to give & grow yet & that perhaps is what tops my heart off. I didn’t always feel about this way with my inversions or handstands. There was an evolutionary progress to get to this point of how I feel. I think the artistic freedom I feel & the ability to express myself creatively in my handstand is stemmed from the countless hours I’ve put in at this point & the countless more I can’t wait to put in. The mindset of instilling drill work, repetition, pushing your limits regularly, being okay will failure when trying new things, you’re going to experience that a lot. I think this all leads to a deeper connection to the process of something that you know isn’t easy & that in part is what makes it so so fruitful.
