Join us in welcoming back Executive Chef Ritchard Cariaga as the newest member of our Andaz Maui ‘Ohana! As a member of our opening team, Chef Ritchard is no stranger to the kitchens of our resort-previously holding the title of Chef de Cuisine at our signature restaurant, Ka’ana Kitchen. Since his first time with us he’s helped propel the culinary programs at a number of well-known Hyatt resorts, most recently overseeing the culinary and food and beverage operations at Carmel Valley Ranch and Miraval Arizona. We’re excited to see what culinary magic he can bring to our resort, and you should be too!
