shout out my holistic healers ✨ when my schedule gets insane (just came off an 8 week run of touring, performing & traveling), these are the folks that restore me back to health & back to center. my acupuncturist is @sonina from @goldenfolkwellness, i’ve been seeing her for 5 years. she’s such a guiding force, teaching me endless lessons about chi & my body🧘🏽‍♀️🎐 my esthetician is @suziesoghoyan, her non-invasive facials make my heart sing & my head somehow looks higher on my neck after all our sessions 🧖🏽‍♀️💕 and @sculptery is my lymphatic drainage masseuse, an extremely important detoxifying practice for me. she also uses cold therapy with herb infused ice that sculpts the body naturally 🧊👌🏽 i recognize that it’s such a privilege to have these women in my life, and i’m beyond grateful 🙏🏽
