wrapping up the end of the month with my final (!!!) weekend of teacher training @flow_pilates 🤸🏾‍♀️✨ earlier this year I put into the atmosphere that I wanted take my love for pilates a step further and from then on everything fell into place, as if it were already divinely written for me. 8 months of training, over 120 lecture hours, 50+ apprentice teaching hours and an even greater appreciation for this practice later, I’m finally trained in Mat, Reformer 1, 2, & 3; Cadillac, and Pre + Post Natal Pilates.
