@beybey is returning to Miami Beach this fall with a bold new vision led by acclaimed Yucatecan chef @robertosolis.a.
Following its celebrated 2024 debut, Bey Bey reopens in Sunset Harbor with a refreshed culinary concept centered on an open-fire charcoal kitchen and an inventive menu exploring the historic ties between Lebanese and Mexican cuisines. Chef Roberto Solis—making his first culinary offering in the U.S.—says, “There is no place other than Miami for it... People come to Miami looking to be excited and inspired by new ways of understanding how we are all connected in our experiences.”
Drawing on his background at world-renowned restaurants like The Fat Duck, Noma, and Per Se, Solis crafts dishes that celebrate this cultural exchange, blending Yucatecan tradition with bold Middle Eastern influences.
Working alongside Chef de Cuisine Chef Geoff Lee, Solis emphasizes local sourcing and storytelling through flavor, noting, “Nothing connects us more than food – the thread between Yucatecan cuisine and Lebanese cuisine is something that has always been a part of my journey.”
Together, the team will introduce a dynamic menu and cocktail program designed to elevate the dining experience. Rooted in founder Tiger Saliba’s own story of resilience and hospitality, Bey Bey will once again invite guests into a space inspired by the Lebanese phrase “Beyte Beytak”—my home is your home—when it reopens in early Fall 2025.
