A Canadian, a Colombian & a SE Londoner walk into a pub.... & moved their bodies. No joke! If we go back to lockdown @_alexnino & his movement space platform kept me accountable, gave me inspiration & new physical goals that didn’t require a gym. For the next year I didn’t miss a weekly backbend class (& hamstrings & ankles too). He also introduced me to @david.tilston & @amylaithwaite who improved my handstand, flexibility, movement skills & ultimately, my teaching/coaching. It was great to walk into the @thestretchexperience 3 day assisted stretch course & see Alex there. His voice is very, very familiar to me. To hear him & Amy giving direction & flavour during the course brought me back & reminded me how important coaches, teachers & role models are to my life.
