At the time of launching the Kickstarter campaign back in June 2019, we had planned to organise the backer-only screenings for the end of 2020... We could never have anticipated the impacts of this global pandemic, and while we wish we could organise the screenings this year, we absolutely can not do anything that may put you at risk in these uncertain times, and so we must delay the theatrical release of LGOTR (as well as our backer-only screenings) to 2021. . We are currently in discussions with our distributor about a theatrical release date in March/April 2021 for France, as well as an avant-premiere for backers and press only, which would feature the Q&A with Laurent. We are speaking to several international distributors for the release dates in other countries and we will have more on this soon. . As it is our distributor who will be producing the LGOTR's Official Blu-Ray, Official Soundtrack, Tote Bag and Poster - these will also be sent out in 2021, after the theatrical release has taken place. . ❤️❤️❤️❤️ However !! ❤️❤️❤️❤️ . The extra special "Limited Edition 12-inch Vinyl” is already in production for the 85 backers who chose it during the Kickstarter campaign. The vinyl manufacturing plant has also experienced severe delays due to COVID-19, but we expect to be able to get these to you in about two months. A little sneak peak below... .
