She attracts all manner of native bee species, hummingbirds, butterflies, moths, and, what’s more...it is known for being quite tolerant of deer and drought! Anise hyssop tastes sweet with notes of lemon, licorice, mint, and lavender. Try it as a garnish (just like @jewishfoodsociety did on their honey tart sampled at market today!), in a cocktail, make it into a tea or infusion, or make a syrup!
