Yesterday marked 3 years. I really could use you these days dad, life seems a bit overwhelming at times. My big 4-0 came and went this past week too, I never would’ve imagined that you wouldn’t be here for that. I’m still taking it one day at a time and thinking about the best ways to honor and cherish your memory. Thankfully I found a big box of photos I never knew existed from when you were a kid and I’m having the chance to sort through those this week. I love you dad and I miss you every day. Every single day. I’m forever grateful to be your son but absolutely gutted to have had you leave with so much left in the tank. The dolphins will keep swimming though, there’s no other way. Big love my guy, you are missed!
