#selfcaresunday is in full effect and I’m using some of the @elementalherbology products that were gifted to me! The vital eyes gel is my night-time go to & the first step in my evening routine. niacinamide helps boost skin repair & target pigmentation. The kombucha protects skin from the nasties you meet everyday & meiview which I’ve not heard of before but is a plant derived ferment extract that plumps, reduces dark circles and has a firming effect on the eye area. I’m two weeks in and it’s firmly part of my routine! my eyes look plump & hydrated. The dark circles need more time but it’s a fab product. As I write this I’m enjoying 20 mins of ahhhh under the nutrition infusion sheet mask, bursting with all those lovely ingredients, kombucha, niacinamide and soothing Aloe Vera. It’s actually incredibly cooling and I can feel my skin sucking up all the serum. I am generally not a huge fan of face sheet masks because they don’t fit me. But this one is great and easy to move around. The oil control moisture milk is the perfect summer moisturiser, hydrating with a gel texture and lightweight matte finish that leaves my skin feeling ready for a light smattering of makeup. It’s perfect. Bursting with pumpkin, yes you heard right - supposedly it repairs and calms the skin, green tea to protect from oxidative damage and tea tree for its antibacterial and antiseptic properties. It’s such a nutrient rich but softening moisturiser. So good! Finally! The most amazing smelling body detox shower oil, with rosemary, grapefruit and juniper berry. You can use this before the shower or after. It’s very invigorating so perfect for my morning routine when a I need to wake up fast! The pump ensures no slippery oily pours this end.
