the gym is where I find peace, the gym is where everything is the world stops and I am not worried about anything. I wouldn’t know what I would do if I didn’t have this outlet. The adrenaline after each workout gives me a boost of confidence I need. The feeling of completed workout makes me feel I can accomplish anything! I am super grateful I am able to seek this for myself but I definitely couldn’t have done it on my own.
