We love to use the word collab but they don’t understand what it really means. We all try to rock solo, independent, and on some Lone Ranger shit. We value Collaboration over Partnering with each other. And that shouldn’t be the case. Collaborations are cool but there must be a value exchange. However Partnerships, mean that we get this bag together and connect each other with the resources that we have in order for us to scale and build a community. Stop doing collaborations and start creating partnerships.
