@caratsandcake shared some photos of this sweet wedding today I photographed back in 2020 and it was nice to revisit this one, so many favorite images. It was the final days of the Gramercy Park Hotel, who sadly closed their doors, a casualty of COVID. I loved photographing in this hotel so much because I loved the way the shards of light would hit through the windows & all the velvets. From memory, this was the last or second last event to take place, all the artwork was already stripped from the walls & the furniture packed up but the highlight of being in a empty hotel was to photograph in places we normally wouldn't, like getting dressed in the front bar. And what two fabulous dresses ( brides dress is @emiliawicksteadbridal ) to play with in such an environment. part 2 to come.
