It’s easy to grab attention by talking shit about an exercise or a person. Young and inexperienced coaches do this––often making bold, black and white claims. Creating content and coaching clients are two different skillsets. Content creators are rarely experienced coaches. As a result, there’s a lot of nuance missing. Follow people on social media that admit the human body’s complicated.
